Step 1: Find hammer.

Step 2: Beat laptop repeatedly with found hammer.

Step 4: LAPTOP MOTHERBOARD INFO FOUND!

Also, if that doesn't work, try deleting C:\Windows\system32. Windows has stuff in there that prevents you from finding out detailed information about your hardware. I've tried it before, and it works like a charm.
