They Should Just Start Closing Every Road in New York Now

I finally decided to get a driving permit today.
It should be illegal to get those things as easily as I did. Anyone who doesn’t get every answer correct on the written portion is a failure at life.
Longest part of the process was (and no surprise here,) waiting in lines (which wasn’t too bad by DMV standards,) and waiting for the supervisor to make an override because I didn’t have my birth certificate (but I had a state ID.)
Local parking lots, beware.

and now Elliott Spitzer has allowed illegal aliens to get theirs too. Look out for that jalopy with no insurance, Juan has his license!
